The project began with a UX audit to uncover critical user pain points, prioritize areas for improvement, and create a roadmap for enhancing the overall experience.

The application is a complex ecosystem of interconnected features and multiple user flows. Data-heavy interfaces, including complex reports and visualizations, required careful information structuring to maintain a clear and easy-to-use experience.

Mission Control: a central place for managing audiences, in-app paywalls, and screens to make creative testing easier.
New A/B testing flows to create experiment variations and track performance of different screens and paywalls across in-app placements.

An extensive design system and refined color palette were developed for the platform. While maintaining a monochrome, minimalist aesthetic for clarity, color was strategically used to identify statuses and key functional elements.
