The project began with a UX audit to uncover critical user pain points, prioritize areas for improvement, and create a roadmap for enhancing the overall experience.

One of the platform’s key complexities was its multiple workflows and user flows. Every action could lead to different scenarios that had to be accounted for to ensure the platform worked correctly.

The application is a complex ecosystem of interconnected features and multiple user flows. Data-heavy interfaces, including complex reports and visualizations, required careful information structuring to maintain a clear and easy-to-use experience.

Mission Control: a central place for managing audiences, in-app paywalls, and screens to make creative testing easier.
New A/B testing flows to create experiment variations and track performance of different screens and paywalls across in-app placements.
