Stenn was the largest and fastest-growing online platform for financing small and medium-sized businesses engaged in international trade.
The project began with a UX audit to uncover critical user pain points, prioritize areas for improvement, and create a roadmap for enhancing the overall experience.

The project began with a UX audit to uncover critical user pain points, prioritize areas for improvement, and create a roadmap for enhancing the overall experience.
During the UX audit, usability sessions combined user testing with interviews. Deliverables included recordings, UX notes, and insights highlighting key pain points. This helped rank issues by frequency among current platform users.

The analysis revealed gaps in the platform logic that prevented users from completing key business flows and resulted in a high churn rate.
The next step was to develop a new architecture to create a more intuitive and seamless experience.

In complex B2B/B2BC, the real question is how to remove dead ends by creating multiple user flows that cover as many scenarios as possible.

The challenge with Stenn's B2B product is that the person navigating the app and the decision maker are rarely the same.
In deal financing, it might be a CEO who approves, but an accountant or secretary who actually fills out the forms. These people have completely different roles and levels of authority.
